Reflection: What brokenness or “wound” do I need to surrender to Jesus today? How can I better live in the peace that Jesus already paid for?
Application: Jesus bore the penalty for our rebellion, meaning our sins are fully forgiven. He endured the crushing weight of our wrongs, offering us peace with God and inward, emotional peace. The “stripes” (wounds) He received are the source of our healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the incredible sacrifice of Your Son. Thank You that His wounds bought my healing and His suffering brought me peace. I surrender my brokenness to You and trust in the healing power of Your stripes. Amen.
