When we met Terri had an ice cream maker and would make vanilla ice cream for the family a few times per year. When she went to work for Academy Prep Centers of Education she decided to make ice cream for Teacher Appreciation Week. Inevitably someone that week would ask, “Do you SELL this?” The seed was planted. In the next couple years Terri branched out to make strawberry ice cream with flats from Plant City farms and chocolate ice cream with Ghirardelli chocolates. She also enhanced her vanilla recipe by changing from vanilla extract to vanilla paste. Every new flavor has to pass our test of high quality, natural flavor & ingredients!

We are dedicated to sharing the message of God’s Kingdom through our ministry, reaching out to schools, churches, and community farmer’s markets.
